SoCo Lofts bring affordable, true loft living to downtown Dallas.  Located at 1122 Jackson, SoCo is close to everything in downtown, and close to a DART rail station for any destinations outside of Dallas. This building is the real deal when it comes to historic loft buildings – it used to be a distribution warehouse and you can even see some original elements from that warehouse in some of the units.  Concrete floors, high ceilings, large windows, brick walls, concrete pillars and exposed ductwork are present in every unit.  Each home has washer and dryer connections, but there is also a community laundry on-site for those without their own machines.

Amenities at SoCo include a fantastic roof-top deck and pool with amazing views of the lights on the Omni Hotel.  There is also a workout facility complete with yoga room, garage parking, theater room and security.

Parking at SoCo is available in a secure garage, although it is only available in one-space and two-space tandem configurations.  There is no side-by-side parking available with the lofts.
